While discussing the positive and negative traits with children,we need to be absolutely unbiased. We can remain neutral only when we focus on the +or – traits, instead of focusing on personalities. We often hear the good saying, fix the problem not the person. Hope this way we can inculcate good behaviour in children without any prejudice towards any person ,whether from our families or otherwise.
