People either have over confidence or Underconfidence, Unchanellised aggression or submissive behavior, immense strength without knowing the application of it or weakness, strong personalities with liabilities and limitations or weak personalities with immense unused opportunities.I’m sure we all can categorise loads of people in these categories because they are available in huge numbers. The scarcity lies in finding people with moderations or the right approaches towards their own strengths and weaknesses.
