A good Manager is not at all the one who is liked.

A good Manager is not at all the one who is liked. He is the one who can handle you with a stick most of the times, pull you out of your comfort zone and push you hard towards success. And this process is very  intimidating. If success was so easy, then all would reach there without guidance or efforts. Bringing out someone from their comfort zone and keeping them on track is a great task. But that’s a routine for a leader. And he is required to do it again and again with all the people they are required to lead. I’ve loved to be a bad Manager. Cheers to all the Bad Managers. You contribute to the careers of many. Being a Manager is not enjoying a designation and drawing good salaries. Its managing self and others towards reaching the goals of the  organization, client, team and self. Ethical responsibilty towards all.
