The standard ways of work have become complicated, exhaustive processes. The way of living , working need courses today.
Common sense itself is converted into elaborative process. It is monitored by multiple levels of people too. Corporates are working towards getting people educated, adhered to these processes so that eventually they can eliminate people gradually by replacing them with automation and IOT.
Data analysis is also one of the mediums to accelerate this process. All the surveys, permutations, combinations, statistical information, will be manually analysed and in future this data will go as a feed to automate analyse any system , department, process and structure. Human beings will be required but to do meagre jobs or extensively brainy jobs like monitor or create the mechanism of automation.
All of these will reduce many more opportunities of people who have been operating in process based industries or careers.
We human beings are clearly conveying one thing strongly to each other ‘Shape up or ship out’, ‘Evolve or perish’ This is what nature has been doing for millions of years. We came to terms with it finally after COVID.
All sympathies for each other now are more superficial. Its more of save myself first and then think of others. This approach existed earlier too but predominantly visible more louder now.
