
Every Employee understands the pain of the other Employee. And every Employer understands the pain of an other Employer.
By large, every Employee complains about the Employer at one given point of time. But mostly, Employers create strategies not against Employee but to curb the processes or practices which may affect the deliverables to clients/customers or to progress as an organization.
