Is Negotiation always beneficial???

Negotiation has become a compulsory practice to glorify self-skills. A buyer doesn’t count on what is the benefit he got out of a service or product he bought. He is more bothered about how much is the seller’s benefit?
This approach of the buyer demotivates the seller and he compromises in offering quality, service to the utmost level. The focus of the seller shifts on increasing the margins and reducing the quality to reduce the cost price. Else it is an unaffordable business. So an apt cost for quality and value adding service doesn’t need negotiation always.
