BE LIKE GOD !!!

We are humans but expect others to be God.

It’s OK to expect consideration, empathy, responsible and ethical behaviour from others. But it’s more important to reciprocate the same way. And here we are in a world where our expectations are,

We must be forgiven, but we won’t forgive others.

Our ignorance must be permissible, whereas others’ ignorance is a crime.

Our irresponsibility is a natural tendency; others’ irresponsibility is intentional.

Our justification goes like, we can do wrong to others, but no one should do evil to us.

Hypocricy was born deep inside our mind. So all our sins and mistakes were allowed by our mind. But, the basic expectation was others should always behave like God.

Listen to the Conscience…

Everyone has a conscience but most of them don’t want to listen to it. Because ignorance offers a soft pillow and guilt a thorny pillow.

Maturity, Moderation, Wisdom, Ignorance, Single-sided,  No-sided , Justice and Injustice all in perfect balance

All of us are aware of most of the stories of corporate at Senior levels and a part of playing these roles.
The helplessness of the management, the struggle to survive as an organization, the gaps created due to client’s demands or process challenges, people not being proactive, deliberated activities in favour or against people, the impact of the struggle on internal and external stake holders, huge ego’s, non co-operation,  immaturities which are all a part of any process where people are involved, Many internal and external victims of all the above which are very well understood.

So everyone at Senior level deserves a standing ovation. With their conscience or without, at times egoistically, and some times brushing their ego’s below the carpet, at times aware and few other times with opacity, ignorance they all put up a great show and keep it going on too for the benefit of few and losses of others.  Of course with a convincing reason, that ‘You cant satisfy all’ and ‘This is the only way it’ can be done’ . Maturity, Moderation, Wisdom, Ignorance, Single-sided,  No-sided , Justice and Injustice all in perfect balance. They are the people who keep the world moving ahead. Hats off!!

Stand for the right. Stand for the downtrodden if they are right. Not the victim alone.

Its not violence against a community, profession, gender, category that needs to be opposed. Its violence against anyone who is right that needs to be opposed.
Next question
Who gets to decide, who is right?
Is the victim of violence always right?
An instance
There was a harassment to a girl occuring by a random person who was violently handled by a mob and this turned the culprit into a victim?
A doctor was reluctant to treat a patient and the mob dealt with him with violence. The doctor is a victim?
A patient was treated incorrrectly by a doctor, but becase of the limitstion of hospital or infrastructure, the patient died. And the mob punished the doctor holding him responsible.
The doctor is a victim?
A group of anti socials were stopped of executing a harmful event by police, but the police had to resort to violence. The anti-socials are victims?

From the above statements, a gender, community, or a profession cant be sympathised or considered victim always. There are victims and faulty people on both the sides in different scenarios. The ones who harm are bound by their duty, or limitation or emotion or situational temperament.
And the victims might be bound by weakness, ignorance, influence.
Stand for the right. Stand for the downtrodden if they are right. Not the victim alone. The definition of victim is varying according to different dictionaries of people in different scenario.
We have been taught to stand for our community, our peers, friends or family. Our worlds are narrowed and divided by considering ourself belonging to a certain category.Let us widen our horizons. Unite to think of self as a part of huge family, all the living beings of this world. Stand for humanity, mankind. STAND FOR THE RIGHT irrespective of the label on the victim.

Irony of our wisdom, education and maturity- all of which we use to degrade our-self , pull down our-self and still celebrate the ignorance.

Self control
There is no shortcut to success.
Success lies outside comfort zone
Manage yourself to deliver results and succeed.
Success cant be poured into you.
Success can only emerge out of you.
Reasons lengthens our path to success.
We all read such contents everyday and still prefer to be ignorant because we feel all these are great words said by great minds to ‘to be great people’ and we make sure not to count our-self among those great people.

We glorify ourselves more in having read a book by a great author than having implemented even one page of it. Such an irony of our wisdom, education and maturity- all of which we use to degrade our-self , pull down our-self and still celebrate the ignorance.

Learning is never ending process. You are bound to do mistakes. Hardwork is inevitable to be successful.

Progress in life

Learning is never ending process. But there is no fun in learning the same thing again. Progress is when you learn new things.

You are bound to do mistakes. Repeating the same mistakes shows ignorance. Make newer mistakes to grow wiser.

Hardwork is inevitable to be successful. Doing the same work again and again is meant to be making you perfect too. But with age and phase of life, you need to work hard on different and better aspects. Else we grow timid.
