There are a few essential realizations for humanity:

You can never indeed be rich by money alone; that richness comes only from the mind.
While everyone has money, few are genuinely willing to spend it for a cause or truly make someone happy.

No one knows for sure how much is enough for their future life.
The question of how much is enough for our future lives still needs to be answered.
How much to save for our children and how much is ultimately “enough” hangs heavy in the air. Will our children never be able to earn enough for themselves? Will the money or property we leave behind be sufficient?
We don’t trust our upbringing. We don’t trust our own efforts and sacrifices. We do not trust God that He will do good to our children—the heights of trust issues we have. Yet we expect our peers, family, and Managers to trust us.

Leadership Skills

Leadership skills are disintegrating slowly.

Instilling leadership qualities in Managers is found to be more difficult than configuring robots. Further, everyone is either busy finding an automation tool or building one to consolidate and evaluate people’s performance which is eventually replacing Managers at the end.

A Manager’s job is not to make people stressed out at mind with work.

A Manager’s job is not to make people stressed out at mind with work. It is to make people tired at body and rejuvenated at mind. Rejuvenation at mind is due to the happiness of having crossed boundaries, set new milestones, achieved new targets and explored the potentials of self.

Stress is built only when you feel you have a limitation to achieve something. When you feel helpless, less confident, less skilled and develop a fear of not reaching the goals is when you feel stressed.

And you can tire at body only when you are young. So make your team members work hard when they are young so that they can reach those heights from where they do more of mental work, strategic activity than physical activity like execution or long hours work when they grow older.

Let us respect people for their knowledge or experience. Things are always easier said than done.

Let us not despise upon our Teachers, Parents or Managers just because they have achieved certain level of mastery in their subject or skill or lived life in the best possible way they knew and reached wherever they are by demonstrating the same consistently. Unlike us who are jack of all though we claim of knowing all. Given a chance all that we know put together, will not be able to arrive at anything constructive and sustainable but knowledge in bits and pieces which doesn’t take us anywhere.

We get judgemental about them just because they might not know facebook or twitter or some app on the mobile or info on the latest car or bike model .These would anyways not be the gauging criteria for anyone’ s knowledge in technology or any subject. Any of these just make single statements or give partial info or someone’s version (who might not necessarily be an expert in the same) with forward messages.
Let us respect people for their knowledge or experience.

It’s very easy to look down upon people who can”t present their knowledge or carry themselves well. But it is very difficult to acquire the same and emerge out like them if we face the same scenario.

Things are always easier said than done.
