Perfectionist and hard workers are never liked because they create inferiority complex to others.

Its because you cannot reach to where they are or be like them.It requires un-ending sacrifices .And you cannot sit back and watch them succeed either since their success makes you envious and brings down your self confidence.

And when such people turn out to be bosses, life is miserable for the people below since they are never satisfied with you and obsessed with never ending zeal for perfection. Only thing perfectionists can offer is growth and success which is the most essential ingredient for life.
