Life seems like filled with contentment without thorns or dead end anywhere

Certain people carry this ideology of handling pain. Its not that they do not have grief. Its only that they dont know to and dont like to or feel bored to grieve. So eventually,  they are forced to forget their grief or so busy to sleep over it or not even figure out their grief well.

People’s harsh words aren’t heard or hurt. Expectations are nil from anyone so people’s actions don’t matter.
Sympathies are boring because they are only words and strength lies within them to overcome any situation. So any sympathy wont help them.
People’s motivational words are for a shortwhile, so those also hardly matters.
Yes…blessings and wishes from all the well wishers and elders are valued because they come from heart spontaneously.

Such people arent saints but ignorant  towards many unwanted things and people. Be such a personality, a baby at heart, over enthusiast, optimist, idealist and inqusitive towards knowledge and happiness.
Adopt this. Life seems like filled with contentment without thorns or dead end anywhere.

How you deal with people when you fail shows your maturity levels.

Success doesn’t carve your personality, failure does.
A person’s personality shows up while handling failures.
Trials show your strength.
How you deal with people when you fail shows your maturity levels.
Failures drive you.
Be thankful to failures. They spark the fire in you.

What have you learnt or how have these interactions made a difference to you?

Many of them do things for show off…
I’ve read the book
I’ve seen that series
I’ve met that great personality

What have you learnt or how have these interactions made a difference to you?

Oh, I just have one more point to boast about having done all these.

No value addition from the knowledge in the book.
No wisdom developed out of having watched the series.
No motivation to learn from great personalities.
If we reduce the gap between how things are visualised, absorbed and implemented by us, we turn out to be our greatest teacher.

Are we going to change our approach anytime sooner?

There are two types of people who explain more…

There are two types of people who explain more…
1) One who explains more because of the guilt they carry of wrong doing to the other.
2) One who explains more because of the fear of losing your loved one’s trust due to misunderstandings.
Both sound the same. The analysis varies based on the personality of one who is explaining.

Individuals are valued based on their personalities. Personality traits cannot be labelled with any particular gender alone.

I’m one among the most strongest women, but I’m not competing or claim equality with men.

I’ve come across men with immense patience and caring behavior. They aren’t carrying any superiority complex or aren’t competing with women.

Every area has the creamy layer of people and the rest are vanilla crowd. So individuals are valued based on their personalities. Personality traits cannot be labelled with any particular gender alone.

There are certain things which no one can teach – humbless, humility, integrity and modesty.

There are certain things which no one can teach – humbless, humility, integrity and modesty.
These are imbibed in your personality with time and how you perceive things and situations. These are developed based on
• What has been your culture while growing up?
• What influences you matured with?
• Whom you idolise ?
• How strong a personality you are?
• What you aim for yourself as a human being?
• How you want to be treated?

Erase the boundaries team members have drawn around themselves.

Erase the boundaries team members have drawn around themselves.
Push them hard to step out of their comfort zones.
Every team member has a skill in them which can be their strength.
Step by step make them explore themselves.
Make them believe that sky is the limit.

Don’t give them leniency to cut corners. It won’t take them farther.
What you add to their habits and personality stays with them for long.
As a Manager this is our role. And in this pandemic, this approach is more essential to save our team members’ jobs too.
