Gen Z problem

“I’m losing hair; I am growing bald; my face has a pimple; I am too thin; my body structure is very lean; my hair is grey, my complexion is dark, my arms are thin, my thighs are fat; I am too fat; my stomach bulge is seen; I do not have muscles, my beard is too scanty, I’m short, I do not have a girlfriend, my boyfriend does not give me time, my girlfriend is constantly nagging, how to show off before my friends, when will I get my bike, I do not have enough followers on my Instagram, no one is watching my reel, what should I wear, I’m stressed. I’m worried. I’m trying everything available online or suggested on Instagram, but I need help finding a solution.”
We need to give our children better worries to deal with.

Life has been made so complicated by posing challenges about every simple thing that the previous generation and their parents have ignored.
Time to make our children think ( not worry) about being happy and contented, self-realization on eating habits, sleeping habits, gadget habits, respecting elders, being helpful to others, developing good culture, being helpful to people in need selflessly and not for benefit, wisdom about right and wrong, Developing good company, spending time and money wisely so on and so forth. There are loads of aspects to think about and be concerned about.
