Be the Leader They Regret Leaving

If anyone leaves you, it should be their loss—not yours.
Be the kind of manager who develops people, creates opportunities, builds trust, and raises standards. Not someone who leads through fear, insecurity, or dependence.
People will come and go. But if they walk away knowing they left behind a leader who genuinely invested in their growth, the loss is theirs.
That’s the kind of manager you ought to be.
