Knowledge sharing in Corporate…..

One-fourth of the people don’t share their knowledge, one-fourth don’t have anything to share, one-fourth of the people waste their time sharing their knowledge with the wrong audience, and one-fourth of the people share wrong knowledge with the right people.
Still, here we are, wondering why people’s progress is poor.
The right match is missing. Now, will we find that right match?
Well, I don’t think so.


You never find the right relationship whatsoever on a personal or professional front. There is never a perfect person available. All that is required is to build that ideal relationship with your mentor, gain his trust to force him to share his knowledge, implement every bit of it and keep growing as a habit.
On the other hand, find those potential team members, mend them, and invest your time with them as a mentor to keep them on track to victory through knowledge sharing.

Knowledge grows when you share; else,it grows extinct to give rise to the confused, unsuccessful generation ahead.
