Should we set as a goal to achieve only what we see or chase the world beyond visibility.

We advise people to dream big. But we fail to teach them to achieve big and the ingredients required, the sacrifices and compromises to be made, the efforts that go into it.
Secondly, people want realistic goals n targets – conflict of two statements. If targets were easier, were they to be called achievements or goals?  They would just be called assignments.

Ideally, according to the corporate world, set achievable goals. Agreed.
If people thought flying to moon is difficult and impossible, then should they have set it as a goal. If all of us think, goals should be achievable always, then, no limitation would be broken, no records would be created, nothing invented or explored, no success stories, no legends, no heroes and no progress.
Should our mind-block become our limitations? Aren’t we capable of exceeding any expectation, achieving beyond the goal?
Should we set as a goal to achieve only what we see or chase the world beyond visibility.
