The Art of Progress and Balance

Progress is constant. Improvisation is mandatory. Perfection is impossible.
An average human is perhaps a 70:30 mix of good and bad. The aim is to maintain that balance. Being too good can cost you; being too bad can cost others—and eventually, you too.
Improvisation and balance may sound contradictory, but they coexist. We must continuously improve our thoughts, choices, behaviour, and reactions without losing balance.
After all, your good may be someone else’s bad, and your bad may be someone else’s good. Perspectives change, definitions change, yet the ratio somehow remains.
The goal is not perfection, but continuous improvement with balance.
