Entrepreneurs and Their Vision

All entrepreneurs are overambitious. They want to serve as many clients as possible, as quickly as possible, with quality, innovation, and in great volumes.
Any successful entrepreneur who has achieved success is often described as cranky, insane, a dissatisfied soul, suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomniac, workaholic, over-expecting, rude, upfront, a decision-maker against all odds, and short-tempered with immediate reportees — at least from the critics’ point of view. But these are the traits that led them to where they belonged.

“Aim at the sky,” “Success lies outside comfort zones,” “Swim against the tide to reach higher,” and “Perfection has to be chased time and again even after reaching there” weren’t just quotes for them — they were their ways of life.

People generally envied them, looked down upon them, and considered them bad bosses until they were finally accepted and appreciated by the whole world. Only a few employees could align with the entrepreneur’s vision, daring to compete and complete the race by believing in themselves and remaining uninfluenced by others.
