A man and a woman are called two wheels of a cart in a marriage – thats a old story. However the balance is still very essential. But, today they are two wheels independent of each other and in race. Both need to speeden up to achieve success individually as well as in synchronization so that one of them doesnt feel inferior and despise upon the other at any given point of time. If one of them is left behind, he/she goes into depression and looks for wrong means and wrong people to keep her/his self confidence intact and morale boosted.
Additionally, feeling happy for the other partner is a very important aspect. Feeling contented is essential. It isnt always possible that both are successful at the same time in the same aspect. Success has different yardsticks in different areas. Financial, Career, Knowledge, Happiness- success can be defined by anything.
What matters to an individual himself should decide his level of success. A house wife is always successful so is a working woman. A man of high repute, financially sound is successful as well as a middle class man with average ambition and family goals.
Respect each other as a spouse or partner for whatever they are but do not forget to motivate them to aim big.
