People management skills need a makeover every 5 years. However, the fundamentals remain the same. The superficial picture only needs to change The crisis begins when fundamentals are also being changed. Than developing skills of people management in leaders, we are expecting process to handle people and one fine day we realise, the same process has created redundancy of people. So when will the ‘U’ turn start? After all ‘A to Z’ process plans are over and then we will go back to have a new start or somewhere midway, there can be enlightenment expected?
Covid taught us the value of health and money in the best possible way. So here we are starting afresh with Yoga, Ayurveda and Hindu traditions. Waiting for ‘Covid with a different nomeneclature ‘ for the rest of the lessons?
