No one would want to give honest lessons on people management, child management, and client management because these skills require you to be sly, honest, nastily strategical, ruthless to self and others, and practical at times. Eventually, the person might start to judge you because of your honesty in imparting the skills. Further, the receptive levels reduce because the one who imparts the training is judged for his actions towards the one getting trained. Hence, most of them give fake Gyan, and the result is fewer people management and leadership skills amongst people, which makes them struggle with jobs and careers. Simultaneously, the ones who give Gyan are considered to be insensitive.
