Everyone wants to be an Entrepreneur, want to work for themself, get paid exorbitantly for their efforts, and take a day off whenever they wish to do so. They want to own expensive cars, a vast mansion, servants, huge offices, and many employees, go on vacations and enjoy life.

But people fail to calculate the journey behind it. You have to work 20 hours a day without bothering about your food schedule for years, have 3 to 5 hours of sleep for decades, not give time for Parents, Spouse and children, not being a part of family functions for decades, not getting enough time to mourn for your dear ones, manage begging before banks for many years for the salary of employees or project completion because of cash flow crunch, lay down your ego before vendors where services are essential , pawn your mother/ wife’s gold, raise funds with home loans for the business, take insults from many customers/ clients for being a very small player or beginner for years, struggle to convince your investor on the challenges of the market, be ill-treated, disrespected and distrusted by all your friends and relatives, treated by your own employees with distrust and be despised upon by your employees whom you pay salaries and expect integrity towards work and organization, be happy with the virtual money in your balance sheet – walk the path alone carrying a dream, a vision only believed by you or a handful of people in the organization.
Entrepreneurs start and slog their lives only to yield for the employees, society and country they feed and feel satisfaction when the company is well set and not for themselves. Feel the contentment for having added value to the culture. Additionally, by the time the Company is well established, they have grown old and slipped into multiple diseases. The company is at the mercy of people or the next generation to have the history repeated but with next-level challenges.
How do they take all the negativity?
They know that the journey, though so hard, is worth it because their dream subdues all the negative aspects. Their belief and positivity to succeed is above all.
They behave like machines throughout their lives, brushing away their emotions and bringing practicality to the core.
Choose Entrepreneurship after knowing the hind side of it and not the brighter side.
