Wise or Selfish

When we are a child, we know only good and bad. There is a clear demarcation.

There is no good in bad, bad in good, situational good or bad, view point of good and bad, justifiable bad, good and bad convenience, for self benefit, for others’ benefit, moderation between them. With age, we have so many versions of good and bad. Did we grow wise or only shrewd and selfish with age?
